– Workshop jobs are serviced in the order they are received.
– Customers expecting immediate service will be charged at the Onsite Support rates due to the immediate requirement of a dedicated technician.
– After hours support is subject to technician availability.
– After hours rates apply outside of the standard office hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
